Week 1 - Reflexa Development Started
Project log for Reflexa public-release preparation.
This week focused on preparing Reflexa for a more public product direction. The core idea is simple: make an accessible photo-based screening tool that can give users a rough refractive-error range and guide them toward professional care when needed.
The early work included organizing the product message, planning the app interface, preparing the app icon direction, and shaping the privacy and safety language for a Play Store-ready release.
What Changed
- Clarified Reflexa as a screening tool, not a diagnosis or prescription replacement.
- Prepared public-facing project copy for the Orion website.
- Added a privacy-policy page and safety disclaimers.
- Started shaping the release path for Android.
Next Steps
The next step is to improve the public project page with screenshots, release notes, and a final Play Store link when the Android listing is ready.
